1. Kabul

Dirty Football Boss uygulamasini ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu kullanim kosullarini kabul etmis sayilirsiniz. Kabul etmiyorsaniz uygulamayi kullanmayiniz.

2. Hizmet Tanimi

Dirty Football Boss, tur tabanli bir futbol kulup yonetimi strateji oyunudur. Oyun tamamen kurgusaldir ve gercek kisiler, kurumlar veya olaylarla iliskisi yoktur.

3. Hesap ve Guvenlik

• Uygulamayi kullanmak icin Google veya Apple hesabi ile giris yapmaniz gerekir.
• Hesabinizin guvenliginden siz sorumlusunuz.
• Hesabinizi baskasina devretmeniz veya satmaniz yasaktir.

4. Uygulama Ici Satin Almalar

• Uygulama, opsiyonel uygulama ici satin almalar (elmas paketleri, VIP abonelik, sezon pasi) icerir.
• Tum satin almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play uzerinden islem gorur.
• Tamamlanan satin almalar iade edilemez (Apple/Google iade politikalari haric).
• Sanal para birimleri (elmas) gercek para degeri tasimaz ve uygulama disinda kullanilamaz.

5. Yasaklanan Davranislar

• Uygulamayi tersine muhendislik, kaynak kod cikarma veya manipule etme
• Hile, bot, exploit veya yetkisiz ucuncu taraf yazilimlari kullanma
• Sunuculara yetkisiz erisim girisimleri
• Diger kullanicilarin deneyimini olumsuz etkileyen davranislar

6. Fikri Mulkiyet

Uygulama icerigi (tasarimlar, metinler, grafikler, sesler, kod) telif hakki ile korunmaktadir. Izinsiz kopyalama, dagitma veya degistirme yasaktir.

7. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

Uygulama "oldugu gibi" sunulmaktadir. Teknik aksakliklar, sunucu kesintileri veya veri kayiplari icin sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Oyun ilerlemesinin kaybi icin tazminat talep edilemez.

8. Hesap Sonlandirma

Kullanim kosullarini ihlal eden hesaplar uyari yapilmaksizin askiya alinabilir veya silinebilir. Hesabinizi istediginiz zaman kendiniz silebilirsiniz.

9. Degisiklikler

Bu kosullar zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Onemli degisiklikler uygulama icinden bildirilir. Guncelleme sonrasi uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni kosullari kabul ettiginiz anlamina gelir.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Dirty Football Boss ("App"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Dirty Football Boss is a turn-based football club management strategy game. The game is entirely fictional and has no connection to real persons, organizations, or events.

3. Account and Security

• You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the App.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Transferring or selling your account is prohibited.

4. In-App Purchases

• The App contains optional in-app purchases (diamond packs, VIP subscription, season pass).
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Completed purchases are non-refundable (except as required by Apple/Google refund policies).
• Virtual currencies (diamonds) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be used outside the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or manipulating the App
• Using cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Unauthorized access attempts to servers
• Behavior that negatively affects other users' experience

6. Intellectual Property

App content (designs, text, graphics, sounds, code) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for technical issues, server outages, or data loss. No compensation can be claimed for loss of game progress.

8. Account Termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or deleted without notice. You can delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
