Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. We offer two methods for account deletion.

Before You Delete

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your game progress, purchases, diamonds, season passes, and saved games will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open Dirty Football Boss on your device.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Read the confirmation message carefully.
  5. Tap "Yes, Delete My Account" to confirm.

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to sichnie@gmail.com
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account (the one you used for Google or Apple sign-in).

We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  1. Account information — your email, name, and user ID
  2. All saved games — game progress, decisions, statistics
  3. Purchase records — diamond balance, season pass, cosmetic inventory
  4. Cloud save data — all server-side game state

What Is NOT Deleted

The following are managed by third parties and are not affected by account deletion:

  1. Apple/Google purchase receipts — managed by Apple App Store / Google Play
  2. Active subscriptions — you must cancel VIP subscriptions separately through your device settings before deleting your account

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. To avoid being charged:

  1. iOS: Go to device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Dirty Football Boss > Cancel Subscription
  2. Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Dirty Football Boss > Cancel Subscription
